Work With Us

Collaboration, referral and professional partnership.

Pinnacle Chapter values strong referral and collaboration networks. Where specialist advice falls outside our scope, we work alongside appropriately qualified professionals and organisations to ensure people receive the right support — from the right people, at the right time, with their right to direct their own pathway always protected.

When a person is not sure where to start

Not every situation clearly belongs with a lawyer, counsellor, support coordinator, consultant, advocate or government service.

Sometimes people simply need help understanding what is happening and exploring what options may exist.

Pinnacle Chapter helps people navigate uncertainty, understand complex situations and make well-considered decisions while keeping self-determination and informed choice at the centre.

Our role is not to replace specialist professionals.

Our role is to help people understand their situation, identify appropriate pathways and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Why professionals refer to Pinnacle Chapter

Professionals often encounter situations that do not fit neatly within one service, system or professional discipline.

A person may not yet need specialist intervention, or may already be working with several professionals and still feel uncertain about how the different pieces fit together.

Some people need an independent person who can listen, help them understand their circumstances, explore available pathways and coordinate practical next steps without taking control of their decisions.

Pinnacle Chapter works alongside existing professionals and services. Our role is not to replace specialist expertise, but to help people navigate complexity with greater understanding, confidence and informed choice.

That is where Pinnacle Chapter can help.

How we work with other professionals

Complex situations rarely sit within a single professional domain. People navigating family complexity, legal matters, financial decisions or health challenges often need coordinated support across multiple disciplines — and the people at the centre of those situations deserve to remain in control throughout.

Our role is not to replace specialist expertise — it is to meet people where they are, help them understand their situation, identify the right professionals to engage, and navigate the systems and processes that surround them. We provide clarity, not control. We maintain clear professional boundaries, refer to qualified specialists whenever a matter falls outside our scope, and always keep the client's right to self-determination at the centre of our work.

We welcome referrals from professionals who encounter clients navigating complexity beyond their immediate scope of practice. Every person we support remains informed, in control and directing their own pathway forward — and we are committed to maintaining open, respectful communication with all collaborating professionals to make that possible.

Confidentiality in collaboration

Discretion is fundamental to how we work.

Many of the people we support are navigating sensitive, complex or highly personal circumstances. Confidentiality is not simply a policy — it is a defining feature of how Pinnacle Chapter operates. We work quietly and professionally, and we do not draw unnecessary attention to our clients, their circumstances or the work being undertaken.

When working alongside other professionals, we share information only with client consent and only to the extent necessary to coordinate effective support. We expect the same standard of discretion from all professionals we collaborate with.

Client dignity, privacy and informed choice are central to every engagement. We will always be transparent with clients about who we are communicating with and why.

Professional scope

What we do — and what we do not do

We are transparent about the scope of our work. Understanding what Pinnacle Chapter provides — and where our professional boundaries lie — helps ensure that referrals are well-matched and that the people you refer receive the right support, from the right people, with their right to self-determination always protected.

We provide

Our approach

How we approach collaboration

Clear professional boundaries

We are transparent about the scope of our work and refer to qualified specialists whenever a matter falls outside it. We do not provide legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.

Client-directed throughout

The client remains the decision-maker at every stage — in control of what happens next. We communicate openly with collaborating professionals — with client consent — and we never act in ways that undermine a person's right to direct their own pathway.

Professional respect

We value the expertise of every professional involved in a client's situation. Our role is to complement specialist advice, not to compete with or undermine it.

Capacity building

Capacity building is central to how we work. We connect clients with the right expertise at the right time — and we are committed to building each person's confidence and capacity to navigate independently, so our role becomes less necessary over time.

Referral & collaboration

Who we collaborate with

We work alongside a broad range of professionals and organisations in the interests of the people we support. In every collaboration, the client's right to direct their own pathway remains central — we coordinate around the person, not the other way around.

Lawyers & Legal Professionals

Solicitors, barristers and legal practitioners working across a broad range of legal, administrative and tribunal matters who value multidisciplinary collaboration and require a trusted partner to assist clients with coordination, advocacy, evidence development and complex systems navigation.

Accountants & Financial Advisers

Accountants and financial advisers working with clients navigating business complexity, significant life transitions or decisions with both financial and practical dimensions — where structured, independent guidance on the non-financial aspects adds real value.

Social Workers

Social workers in community, hospital, school and statutory settings who encounter clients requiring additional navigation, advocacy or advisory support — particularly where multiple systems, agencies or stakeholders are involved.

Psychologists & Counsellors

Psychologists, counsellors and mental health practitioners working with clients navigating complex systems, family situations or significant life decisions. We handle the practical and systemic complexity so the therapeutic work can remain focused.

Allied Health Professionals

Occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists and other allied health practitioners whose clients need coordinated systems navigation or practical advocacy alongside their clinical care — without disrupting the therapeutic relationship.

Educators & School-Based Professionals

Teachers, school counsellors, learning support staff and school leaders working with students and families who require additional support navigating education adjustments, disability systems or community services.

Medical Professionals

GPs, nurses, paediatricians and other medical specialists whose patients require support navigating community, disability or social systems alongside their medical care — including family support, housing, education and NDIS pathways.

Community Organisations

Community organisations, not-for-profits and service providers whose clients or members need navigation, advocacy or advisory support that falls outside the organisation's own scope — referred with confidence that the person's interests remain central.

Government Agencies

Government agencies and statutory bodies whose clients may benefit from independent navigation support — or who seek to coordinate service delivery with an independent advisory partner who maintains clear professional boundaries and client-directed practice.

Disability & Community Service Providers

NDIS providers, disability support organisations and community service providers working with participants or clients who require additional navigation, coordination or advisory support.

Making a referral

If you are a professional working with someone who may benefit from our support, we welcome a conversation. Referrals can be made directly by the client or with their consent by a referring professional. The person you are referring always remains in control of what happens next.

We will always have an honest conversation about whether we are the right fit before any engagement begins — and we will never take on a referral that does not genuinely serve the person's interests.
